The agitator system is custom-engineered based on bioreactor volume, microorganism sensitivity, oxygen uptake rate (OUR), and process shear limits. Impeller configurations include marine impellers, hydrofoil impellers, pitched blade turbines, Rushton turbines, and hybrid gas-inducing designs, enabling optimized mixing, aeration, and heat removal while minimizing cell damage.

Manufactured in SS316 / SS316L with electropolished hygienic finishes, the agitator is fully compatible with CIP/SIP sterilization protocols and is suitable for pharma, biotech, enzyme, vaccine, bio-ethanol, bio-fertilizer, and food fermentation plants. Designed to meet the expectations of global EPC contractors and export markets, the system supports explosion-proof or pneumatic drives, sterile sealing systems, and long-term operation under hot ambient GCC conditions.
