Reactor Pressure Vessel Hydrogenators engineered for high-pressure hydrogenation and gas–liquid reaction processes requiring superior mass transfer, precise temperature control, and safe, continuous operation. Designed for severe-duty service, these systems handle low to high viscosity reaction media, catalyst slurries, and multiphase systems, delivering consistent reaction performance and product quality in batch and continuous operations.

Manufactured in SS316 / SS316L / Carbon Steel with cladding or special alloys, the pressure vessel is designed to withstand elevated pressure and temperature conditions typical of hydrogenation, reduction, and saturation reactions. Each hydrogenator is supplied with a custom-engineered agitator system, configured with gas-inducing hydrofoils, pitched blade turbines, Rushton-type turbines, anchor or hybrid impellers, optimized to maximize hydrogen dispersion, gas holdup, and catalyst suspension while ensuring mechanical stability and long service life.

Designed to meet the stringent requirements of chemical, pharmaceutical, edible oil, specialty chemical, oilfield chemical, and GCC-based EPC projects, Reactor Pressure Vessel Hydrogenators can be equipped with high-torque gear drives, explosion-proof motors or pneumatic (air-motor) drives, and advanced sealing systems suitable for hazardous, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments.
