Anchor / Gate Impeller engineered for very high-viscosity mixing, wall-sweeping, and heat-transfer-critical applications in industrial reactors and mixing vessels. Designed for continuous, severe-duty operation, this impeller delivers uniform bulk circulation at low rotational speeds with very high torque, eliminating stagnant zones and preventing material buildup on vessel walls.

The close-clearance anchor/gate geometry continuously wipes the vessel wall, dramatically improving jacket heat-transfer efficiency and temperature uniformity—critical for jacketed reactors, crystallizers, polymerization vessels, and viscous blending tanks. Variants include single anchor, double gate, anchor with cross-arms, scrapers (PTFE/metal), and anchor + central screw/helical ribbon hybrids for enhanced axial turnover.

Manufactured in SS304 / SS316 / SS316L / special alloys, the Anchor / Gate Impeller is suitable for chemical, specialty chemical, polymer & resin, adhesives, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, oilfield chemicals. Systems can be supplied with heavy-duty gear drives, explosion-proof motors, or pneumatic (air-motor) drives, plus advanced sealing solutions for hazardous, high-temperature, and pressurized environments.
